These Website Terms and Conditions (the “Website Terms” or “Terms”) describe the rights and obligations of an unregistered website user or visitor (“user” or “you”) in connection with your use of the Website Terms.

By accessing or using the Website in any way, including as an unregistered website user or visitor, you agree to be bound by the Website Terms. The Website Terms apply only to your use of the Website, and the content made available on or through the Website, as an unregistered website user or visitor. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Therapy Space offers an SMS messaging program to provide you with reservation confirmations, appointment reminders, account notifications, service updates, and responses to your inquiries related to our office space rental services.

OPTING IN

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the box or otherwise indicating your consent to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from Therapy Space at the mobile number you provided. You understand that your consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive messages related to:
– Reservation confirmations and reminders
– Account and billing notifications
– Service updates and alerts
– Responses to your support inquiries

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Standard message and data rates may apply to any messages sent or received in connection with the Therapy Space SMS program, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan. Your carrier (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) may charge you for each message you receive. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text plan or data plan. You are solely responsible for any message or data charges incurred.

SUPPORTED CARRIERS

The Therapy Space SMS program is supported on most major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Therapy Space is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

OPTING OUT

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving text messages from Therapy Space, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. After texting STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you re-subscribe. Opting out of SMS messages will not affect any other communications you receive from us, such as email.

Therapy Space is not a mental health agency. We are a real estate investment and management company that subleases office space and sells administrative services and amenities. The mental health professionals who rent or sublease office space from us are all independent business owners. The affiliations between us and our lessees do not create any relationships beyond the scope of a landlord/tenant relationship and does not constitute any party the legal representative or agent of any other.

Miscellaneous.

The User assumes all responsibility and risk for the use of the Website. The Website Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, excluding its conflicts of law rules, and the United States of America. The Website Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Website and supersedes and merges any prior proposals, understandings, and contemporaneous communications. If any provision of the Website Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Website Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
