Furniture is not needed, as every office comes fully furnished. However, if you would like to add any additional decorations, simply speak with your local operator. Since we are sharing office space, we just need to make sure it fits with the overall decor of the office.
We provide a virtual receptionist, via an iPad check-in system. When your client arrives, they can sign in and a text message is immediately sent to you alerting you of their arrival.
Yes. Entry into our suite is controlled by a keyless entry, which will remain locked at all times. Providers are the only one who has access to the entry code.
Yes, each office has a large, centralized file cabinet that is HIPAA compliant, which you’ll have access to 24/7.
Absolutely. Additional storage options vary by office location, but each office will have a bookshelf that you are welcome to place any personal items or decorations you wish.

We try to make that happen whenever possible. However, in the event that a particular office isn’t available on a day you desire, all of our offices are furnished similarly so that no matter what office you’re in, it will have the same look and feel.
Offices are priced by the month, per days of the week. For example, if you lease a Monday office, your rate may be $250 per month, and you will have your office every Monday of the month. If you lease a Monday and Tuesday, your monthly rent would be $500, and you’ll have your office every Monday and Tuesday of the month.
No, your rent covers everything (rent, office supplies, high-speed wifi, printing, janitorial services, coffee/teas, etc.)
Yes, absolutely. Leases can be signed up to three months in advance of your desired start date. There is no charge for the first month, and then you’ll only pay half the amount of your total rent for the second and third month.
If we can find someone else to take over the remainder of your lease, we are happy to release you early. If we can’t, you would still be responsible for the remainder of your lease.
Once you’re ready to expand, just let us know! You will have the option of renewing your current lease at that time to include the additional day, or we can simply tack on the additional day to your current lease length.
